Coty Inc. announced the signing of a global licensing agreement with Gwen Stefani, the Grammy-winning recording artist, to develop and market a line of fragrances for her fashion and accessories brand, L.A.M.B.

The partnership is the first foray by the singer and fashion designer into the fragrance market. The yet-to-be-named fragrance will debut in the fall of 2007. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
